OUR

[Last updated: 29th of July 2026]

Effective date: [29th of July 2026]

Welcome, and thank you for visiting. These Terms & Conditions set out the rules for using our websites and for buying our Showit templates and other digital products. Please read them carefully. By using our sites or buying from us, you agree to these terms.

1. Who We Are

1.1. These websites are operated by Anastasia Yvoni Spiliopoulou, trading as YGrec Studio ("YGrec Studio", "we", "us" or "our"), a sole trader based in the United Kingdom.

1.2. Our websites are ygrecstudio.com and our Shopify store at ygrecstudio.myshopify.com (together, the "Website"). In these terms, "you" and "your" mean any person who uses the Website or buys a product from us.

1.3. You can contact us at any time by email at yvoni@ygrecstudio.com.

2. About These Terms

2.1. These terms apply to two things: (a) your use of the Website, and (b) your purchase of our Showit templates and other digital products sold through the Website.

2.2. By accessing or using the Website, or by placing an order, you confirm that you accept these terms and agree to comply with them. If you do not agree, please do not use the Website or place an order.

2.3. We may update or amend these terms from time to time — for example, to reflect changes in the law, in our products, or in how we operate. The version that applies to your purchase is the version in force at the time you place your order. The version that applies to your general use of the Website is the version published on the Website at the time you use it. We will show the effective date at the top of this page so you can see when it was last updated.

2.4. We recommend you review these terms each time you use the Website or make a purchase, as your continued use or a new order means you accept the current version.

3. Eligibility

3.1. You must be at least 18 years old to buy a product from us or to enter into these terms. By placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18.

3.2. You may browse the Website if you are under 18, but you should do so only with the involvement of a parent or guardian.4. Using the Website

4. Using the Website

4.1. You may use the Website for lawful purposes connected with browsing our content and buying our products. This is a commercial design business, and you are welcome to use the Website in connection with your own personal or business activities, subject to these terms.

4.2. You agree that you will not:

(a) use the Website in any way that breaks any applicable law or regulation;

(b) copy, reproduce, republish, scrape, or redistribute any part of the Website or its content except as expressly allowed by these terms or the licence for a product you have bought;

(c) attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Website, its servers, or any connected system;

(d) introduce any virus, malware, or other harmful material, or otherwise interfere with the proper working of the Website;

(e) use the Website in any way that could damage, disable, or impair it, or interfere with anyone else's use of it.

4.3. We may suspend, restrict, or withdraw access to all or part of the Website at any time, and we will not be liable to you if the Website is unavailable at any time or for any period.

5. Intellectual Property

5.1. All content on the Website — including the site design, text, graphics, logos, branding, photography, and the design and copy of our templates and digital products — is owned by or licensed to YGrec Studio and is protected by intellectual property laws.

5.2. Nothing on the Website or in these terms gives you any right in our intellectual property, except for the specific licence we grant you when you buy a template or digital product (see Clause 6). All rights not expressly granted to you are reserved.

5.3. You must not use our name, branding, or content to imply any endorsement, partnership, or association with YGrec Studio without our prior written permission.

6. Showit Templates & Digital Products

6.1. What you receive. When you buy a Showit template or other digital product, you receive access to the template design and associated files described on the relevant product page. Our templates are designed for use with the Showit platform.

6.2. What you need to provide. To use a Showit template, you must have your own active, paid Showit subscription. Some templates also rely on third-party fonts, plugins, images, or other assets. Any such Showit subscription and any third-party fonts, plugins, or assets are your responsibility to obtain and pay for at your own cost, and are subject to the relevant third party's own terms and licences. We are not responsible for providing or paying for them.

6.3. Standard licence. Subject to payment in full, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable licence to use one template on one live website that you own or operate, for your own personal or business use. Under this licence you:

(a) may customise and adapt the template for your own website;

(b) may not resell, share, sublicense, give away, or redistribute the template files or the template design (whether modified or not);

(c) may not use the template to create a competing template, theme, or product for distribution or sale; and

6.5. Delivery of digital content. After your payment is confirmed, we will make the template or digital product available to you — normally by giving you access to a download or by sending template access details to the email address you provide at checkout. Access is usually provided immediately or shortly after payment. Please make sure your email address is correct, and check your spam or junk folder if you do not see your access details. If you have not received access within a reasonable time, contact us at yvoni@ygrecstudio.com.

6.6. Support. Reasonable email support to help you install and set up your template is included for 30 days from the date of purchase, covering questions about the template as delivered. Support does not include custom design or development work, changes you have made to the template, general Showit training, third-party fonts, plugins, or integrations, or fixing issues caused by third-party platforms. Paid customisation may be available separately on request.

7. Payment & Pricing

7.1. Prices for products are shown on the relevant product page or at checkout. The price that applies to your order is the price displayed at the time you place it.

7.2. Prices are stated as shown at checkout and, where applicable, include or exclude taxes as indicated at checkout. You are responsible for any taxes, duties, or charges that apply to you outside the amount we collect.

7.3. We take payment through third-party payment processors (for example, Shopify Payments, Stripe, or PayPal). We do not store your full card details. When you pay, you also agree to the payment provider's own terms.

7.4. These terms govern purchases you make through the Website, including through our Shopify store. Your purchase is also subject to the checkout and payment terms of Shopify and of the relevant payment provider, which apply alongside these terms. If there is a conflict about the mechanics of payment or checkout, the payment provider's and Shopify's terms govern that part of the transaction.

8. Refunds & Cancellation

8.1. Our products are digital content that is supplied and made available to you immediately (or very shortly) after purchase. Because of this, and to the extent permitted by law, all sales of digital products are final and non-refundable once access or download has begun.

8.2. This is possible because, at checkout, you expressly ask us to supply the digital content immediately and you acknowledge that, by doing so, you lose your normal right to cancel and receive a refund within 14 days under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013. If you do not give that consent, please do not complete your purchase.

8.3. Faulty or not as described. Nothing above affects your rights if a product is faulty, not as described, or does not have the functionality we said it would have. If there is a genuine problem with a product, contact us at yvoni@ygrecstudio.com with details (and screenshots if you can), and we will work with you to put it right — for example, by fixing the issue or, where appropriate, providing a replacement or refund in line with your legal rights.

9. Your Consumer Rights

9.1. If you are a consumer, you have legal rights that cannot be taken away by these terms. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, or any other law that applies to you.

9.2. Where anything in these terms conflicts with your non-excludable statutory rights, your statutory rights prevail.

10. Disclaimers

10.1. The Website and our products are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, to the fullest extent permitted by law and subject always to Clause 9.

10.2. We do not guarantee that the Website will be available without interruption, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components, or that any defects will be corrected.

10.3. Our templates are design starting points. We do not guarantee any particular commercial result — for example, we do not guarantee any level of website traffic, search-engine rankings, conversions, sales, or other outcomes. Search-engine results depend on many factors outside our control.

10.4. Any information or guidance on the Website is provided for general purposes and is not professional advice for your specific situation.

11. Limitation of Liability

11.1. Nothing in these terms limits or excludes our liability for: (a) death or personal injury caused by our negligence; (b) fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation; or (c) any other liability that cannot lawfully be limited or excluded. Clause 9 also continues to apply.

11.2. Subject to Clause 11.1 and Clause 9, and to the fullest extent permitted by law, we will not be liable to you for any indirect or consequential loss, or for any loss of profit, loss of business, loss of goodwill, loss of anticipated savings, or loss or corruption of data, arising out of or in connection with the Website or your purchase or use of a product.

11.3. Subject to Clause 11.1 and Clause 9, and to the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for all claims arising out of or in connection with a product will not exceed the amount you paid us for that product.

11.4. You are responsible for keeping your own backups of your website and content, and for the way you use our templates on your own site.

12. Third-Party Platforms & Links

12.1. The Website and our products rely on or link to third-party platforms and services — for example, Showit, Shopify, Calendly, our payment providers, and other linked websites.

12.2. We are not responsible for third-party platforms or services, their availability, their content, or their terms. Your use of any third-party platform or service is at your own risk and subject to that third party's own terms and policies.

12.3. Where we link to other websites, we do so for convenience only. A link does not mean we endorse the linked site, and we are not responsible for its content.

13. Privacy & Cookies

13.1. We take your privacy seriously. We handle your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, available at the Privacy Policy page.

13.2. We use cookies and similar technologies on the Website as described in our Privacy Policy and/or cookie notice at Privacy Policy page.

13.3. Please read those documents to understand how we collect and use your information and how you can manage cookies.

14. General

14.1. Entire agreement. These terms, together with any documents expressly referred to in them (including our Privacy Policy), form the entire agreement between you and us relating to your use of the Website and your purchase of our products, and replace any previous discussions or communications on those subjects.

14.2. No waiver. If we delay or fail to enforce any right under these terms, that does not mean we have waived that right, and we may still enforce it later.

14.3. Severability. If any provision of these terms is found by a court or other competent authority to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

14.4. Assignment. We may transfer or assign our rights and obligations under these terms where permitted by law. You may not transfer your rights or obligations under these terms without our prior written consent.

14.5. Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

14.6. Jurisdiction. If you are a consumer, you may bring legal proceedings in the courts of the part of the United Kingdom in which you live, if applicable under law. If you are not a consumer, or where the law allows, the courts of England and Wales will have exclusive jurisdiction.
